Terms and conditions for the provision of paid services

You can look up the prices of services

By registering for the service, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of service provision and the price list.
Registration takes place: on the website fysioteenus.ee via the booking system, by email: fysioteenus@gmail.com, by phone: +3725522214.
After registering through the fysioteenus.ee booking system, the client will receive a notification that includes the appointment time and the name and contact details (e-mail and phone) of the specialist providing the service.
If you register by phone, reception information will be provided either verbally or via email.
The client will be informed of any changes to the treatment schedule as soon as possible.
After the reservation is made, the client is registered in the treatment queue via E-Clinic using the following information:

the patient's first and last name, personal identification number or, in the absence thereof, date of birth;
planned reception time;
indication for the planned healthcare service provision (main reason for referral);
patient contact information;
date of registration of the patient in the treatment queue;
date and reason for making changes to the treatment queue (moving forward or backward in the treatment queue or excluding from the treatment queue);
A note that the patient has been informed of changes to the treatment queue.

The specialists of Esmatasandi Füsioteenus OÜ provide the client with independent physiotherapy services within the time specified in the service description.
Individual physiotherapy services are provided at Pirni 7/2, Tallinn 10617, office 23.
The client pays for the service according to the price list valid at the time of registration.
Payment for the service is made immediately after the service is provided, either in cash or by invoice. Later payment is possible by agreement between the client and the specialist.
In case the client fails to show up for the appointment or has debts to Esmatasandi Füsioteenuse OÜ, the prerequisite for registering for the next appointment is full prepayment for the service. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions of providing paid services, the provisions of the authorization agreement shall apply.
Esmatasandi Füsioteenus OÜ has the right to change or cancel booking times for services by notifying the client at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Esmatasandi Füsioteenus OÜ has the right to change or cancel the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a specialist's illness or a medical device malfunction, or for other important reasons.
Esmatasandi Füsioteenus OÜ has the right to change or cancel the service during or immediately before the appointment if the client's health condition precludes the provision of the service.
If the client is unable to attend the service at the registered time, they undertake to cancel their appointment as soon as possible.
A specialist at Esmatasandi Füsioteenus OÜ has the right to refuse to provide the service if:

The client has used drugs or alcohol
The client films, records audio or takes photographs without the specialist's consent.
The Client violates the obligation to pay a fee to Esmatasandi Füsioteenus OÜ for the provision of the Service.

Primary Care Physiotherapy reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of service provision and the price list of paid services.
